Hi all,
I am in the process of designing an MPPT charger. In the course i am using a TVS diode P6KE36CA. I've purchased it but unable to identify its terminals. Can somebody tell me how to do it?

Regards

The -C and -CA diodes are bidirectional, there is no polarity marker. On unidirectional diodes the color band usually denotes the cathode.
