plz help how to sent the data packets at the same time?

hi
i faced a big problem,
i use 4 RF moduls, & 16F877A pic.
here i want to transmit the data from RF(XBee) to RF.
one RF recive the data packets from ather 3 RF moduls at the same time period with out packet lost & overfloo.
here i use C (microC) language.

plz help how to sent the data packets at the same time with 3 XBee to one XBee?
