my transfer function is

i am attaching the pics. i understand pole zero map,
regarding magnitude response, i understand that when pole is close to unit circle,at omega=o, its value is maximum and as its disctance increasess, the magnitude decreases. but why magnitude peak is at 2. plz explain
Plz explain the phase response as well
