Pls help for SIMENCE GSM Modem

Pls sir,
I want to know the How the STSF At command which is used in Wavecomm modem used in Siemens modem.
While searching on net I found https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1784391
having lots of information about GSM modem.
In Wavecomm modem when we use AT+STSf it will set the modem to send all the recharge request for LAPU SIM.
EG, AT+STSF=2, "5FFFFFFF7F",3,1
AT+STSF=1
But in SIEMENS modem this AT+STSF command is not used.
So please help me to set my SIEMENS modem like Wavecomm.
