PLL rms jitter test method , right?

Hi

since the oscillograph didn't include Jiiter Module, I test the jitter by measing the period of clk, and read out the sdev value(152.8ps) as the rms jitter value, as attachment pic pll19, am I right? and what's the mean of this value indeed?
 

Use the TiE function in the LeCroy scope, which is advised by the manufacturers

Hi saro

The TIE function of Lecroy scope cannot work since some reason.

do you know the mean of the sdev value?
