PLL phase noise and what does VBW means?

PLL phase noise

Hi Guys
PLL is tested, the ouput frequency of oscillator is attached, for me, it looks very noise, any one know what is the problem? The input signal is a square wave instead of a sin wave. Also, what does VBW means?

Could you provide less information about your circuit? We are overwhelmed by the detailed description.
