hi,
my project is designing of our own rfid tag. we already have reader with 125khz so now i want to develop tag. i searched many websites but i didnt find any information regarding design of rfid tag.if any one have information about rfid tag design please send to my mail.and if anyone knows desiging of tag please help me

Antenna design only, or also the electronics to mimic an actual chip? Other things: environmental aspects, size, expected reading range, what protocol and or brand reader, etc.

thanks for your reply.i need all parameter like what type of antenna is used in rfid tag,what type of memory used in that tag,how the data stored permanently in the passive tag with out any power supply.so please send me entire details of how to design rfid id tag if you have a reader
 

I think you should consult a book on RFID, check the websites of microcontrollers (AVR, microchip, etc) and websites of manufactures (TI, EM microelectronics, melexis, feig, etc).

if you mean "ASIC Design for RFID tag". then you need to determine the standard you must follow in your design because of the reader must be authenticated with the tag.
