Any body has used Agilent HCTL-2032? I have encoder A and B input, but I can not get output pulse at CNTDECx and U/Dx. The clock I am using is from a micro controller crystal oscillator. There is a DC component. Its peak to peak is about 2V. It is 10MHz. I don't know if the problem comes from the clock or not. Thank you very much for your help.
