Hi,
The component has a marking BE and QX and in the middle, it seems like a logo or Japanese writing. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks

Hello again,
Here is the drawing, with the suspected Japanese marking. According to the semicon tester that I used, it is a PNP silicon BJT. The packaging is SOT-89. It is used with KA3505 "Supervisory Circuits PC SMPS Sup. IC".
