please help on RTA1320 Router Reflash Firmware

ihave RTA1320 Router , and in other countries called Dynalink , this kind of router loose his firmware for many reasone one of them the bad designe of power circuit .

theres two way to programe this router , the first by Serial console cable , and the other by JTAG

i tried to flashe it by console but it dosnt response cus iam think that the main firmware is out of work
so itried to looking for JTAG to deal with this cpu (BroadCom BCM6338kfB) but icant find .

please any one help in this topic cuz this Cpu are in speedtouch routers and many routers , and i got many rputer didnt work from loosing fimware
