please help on 60ghz filter

hi, can anyone advice me on how to design a 60Ghz sq resonator BPF using a LTCC technology. as i am having trouble in determinng the resonator dimension. will the dimension of the gnd plane had any effect on the fiter response, if have , wht will that be ???? please help .....
 

the design rule i know is LTCC has 150um variation of the gap of the same layer.
