transformer calculator

Hello everybody! I am trying to learn how to use the switchmode.xls program. It is a program to calculate the ferrite transformer to make a dc dc converter that I have downloaded from this page. I don't know what the second input means, the one that says " Bobbin data " from databook. Thank you all.
