Hi I have been trying for days to understand the PWM frequency equation here

I'm trying to play a wav file using PIC 18f452
- PIC crystal osc frequency = 20MHZ
- the WAV file frequency 11.025 khz , 8bit, Mono

How to solve this equation? please provide an example.
