I want design an Op-Amp by following specification.
please help me.
- Fully Differential
- VDD=1.8 V Single supply
- Differential Output Swing = 2.5 V p-p
- Low Frequency Gain > 70 dB
- Settling time to within 0.01% of the final value in less than 10 ns with a feedback factor of 0.5 and a load of 5pf with a 1-V differential swing step
- Power as minimum as possible (Less than 20mW)
