Please advice a simple bjt high voltage amplifier
output : 200~400vpp
in:1.5vpp
BW:1khz
output current_MAX:1mA

Have a look at the MSK130 high voltage opamp:

Its max supply is around 400V so it will be pretty close to what you need.
Altenatively, you can build a similar amplifier using its equivalent schematic ..

But I need only the simplest amplifier like one or two discreat BJT.
 

Have a look at the AB-class output-stage video amplifier. If proper HV transistors are used, you can possibly go as high as 400V ..
