I want to know detail matter of Bicmos implementation in pipeline architecture ADC.
 

If you know the basic architecture of the pipeline architecture then it is easier to understand papers and you can construct the pipeline architecture knowing just the block architecture or you can modify existing architectures, because you understand the subject.

For basics of the pipeline architecture read for example:

For examples of implementations just google "pipeline adc cmos" or "pipeline adc bicmos" as earlier post suggested. A lot of articles are displayed. You should find something useful.
