Excuse me ppl, but i dont know what app or software show me pin layouts and explained more than ECG (every chip ) or maybe a good HTML or PDF's please. I need i.e. for 74LS181 74LS197 MCM2114P 74LS153

look at **broken link removed** there´s a small but good datasheet collection

Try www.chipcenter.com (former www.questlink.com ), it's a huge database with info about IC from diferente suppliers. I believe that you need to register, but the register is free.
Try also a vendor like www.farnell.com , if they have what you want they probably also have a link for the datasheet.
