[PIC] pic18f46k22 with pic kit 2

i have pic kit 2 and want burm pic18f46k22 but in device list of pickit there is no pic18f46k22, how can i do it with pickit2

It's not possible. You need a recent programmer, e.g. PICkit 3.

It isn't in the device file on the PicKit2 distribution CD but is added later on the file I posted. Unzip it and copy it over the existing file in the Pickit folder. It will then appear in the 18F_K_ list.
