pic16f876a circuit problem

hello
i have PIC 16F876A circuit. and i have checked all track regarding rx and tx are clear and MCLR also this is ok,
and voltage provided is also ok.it works for 4-5 times but right now its not working.
i try to solve but can't resolve.

This sort of problem is often due to the crystal oscillator not starting up. There are many causes and cures for this, more information needed.

you can change your decoupling condenser which are near cristal oscillator

trace back the changes you made to the point where it was still working. Then you might figure out what's going on.
What does "it's not working" mean? does it power up? can you blink a led?
