[SOLVED] pic16f72 sinewave inverter with asm codes. not working.

If u can give the schematic i can build u code for it. atleast give the functions of the pins of PIC , like which pins are controlling the mosfets , is it active-high or actiive-low .. etc.

There are very few chances that some one will have a readymade code for your schematic. Even if he/ she posseses, it may have bought from some technology vendors which is hardly shared. BTW there are quite a lot members waiting for a complete 16F72 based inveter with codes and PCB. But no one has shared a complete working project / technology till date. If you have the same, you are most welcome to share it.

hi friends...
pic 16f72 based sinewave inverter is working. but there is sum modifications required. i.e the relay driving transistor polarity and connections.
and one more thing is in given asm file having only single step charger, switching freq is 5.6khz, that is not suitable for long life. if any body having multi step charger with 16khz switching frequency. please post here and im having many typy pcb layouts. i will post those here.

please give me the ASM file & HEX file on which your inverter is working, and also tell me the compiler name which you are using. The ASM code which i have found from a forum is not properly documented and also not working after compilation.

Source code cannot be shared on public forum, Its a development made spending several months and extensive field trials.

download datasheet from ALLDATASHEET.COM - Datasheet search site, Datasheet search site for Electronic Components and Semiconductors and other semiconductors..
see pin conection of sg3524 first.
pin no 11 and 14 are oscillator output,measure here ac volts with multimeter.
pin no 15 is postive input volts can be 12-24v dc.
pin no 16 must be 5v dc(ref volts).
uplowd schematics need minimum 2 posts.

I am interested in knowing the method you used to develop the SPWM and charging circuit using the PIC16F72 and the features, ie battery low-cut at what voltage, overload sensing, battery charging, line voltage sensing (if done), charging current control, etc.
Hope you can share at least this if not the source code. Actually I've developed a quasi-sine inverter with ATMEGA16/32. I want to see how you have implemented a sine wave inverter on the 16F72.

Most welcome to share your circuits and codes. Despite this thread is 5 pages long, till date no one has shared a complete Inverter project with 16F72.
