PIC16F628 comparator? PIC16F819 PWM?

Is PIC16F628 comparator is just like lm339 or it is different in work i mean they include lm339 like comparator in pic16f628?
Is PIC16F819 PWM is work just like sg3525/24 ? i mean can i use it in invertor just like sg3524?

Yes, comparators may work similarly if you properly configure the 16F628
Regarding the PWM, you must write some code to implement an inverter similar to SG3524, but have in mind that PIC's PWMs outputs are CMOS and have no drivers to handle power
