Is there any PIC microcontroller which comes with inbuilt RTC ?

Lots - did you look at Microchip's website?

For PICs with RTC, go to the link below and click "H/W RTCC" on the right.

**broken link removed**

Do you have any other particular requirements of the PIC?

Thank you so much...

The problem with PIC microcontroller HW-RTC, there is no seperate power pin for battery backup. you need to power the total uC always... (personally I don't like this option even the uC available with nanoWatt tech...)

I somewhat agree, however the cost of implementing an external RTC controller would be more than implementing a battery backup on the PIC's power supply.

It would be nice to have the option of just connecting a battery though, with built-in switch over on main power loss. (Are you listening, Microchip?)
