I can going to do a project which needs three 3CCP modules. The project is like a microcontroller will follow an incoming PWM and will generate two additional PWM according to the incoming PWM. Please suggest me which microcontroller (16F or 18F) i will use? less expensive one.

I dont know, they have bad product offer, I have more parts in my personal home stock. If you want to buy from them you dont have some choices, choose first what you find.

Also look Flash, RAM size and other specification parameters, which can be very important for your project.

Can you upload configuration bit settings of PIC18F45K22 for Hi_TECH compiler for HS mode <4-16MHz>. I made one but which gives lot of error.

__CONFIG(0x0023);
__CONFIG(0x1F3C);
__CONFIG(0x00BE);
__CONFIG(0x81FF);
__CONFIG(0x0FC0);
__CONFIG(0x0FE0);
__CONFIG(0x0F40);

i think if you are inputing PWM signal on any of pin. If you receive this signal to counter and and use 2-PWM modes for output.
when u receiving i/p signal use timer as counter. If possible.
otherwise,
use one PWM mode for input and create one manually PWM mode for output and other is available already for output.
