PIC micro low voltage programming:how to?

New pic micros (like F877,F628, 18Fxxx) can be programmed with a low voltage as indicated in data sheet.
However I have not seen any software that support such kind of programming.
I'm not interested in boot loader software. I'm looking for direct programming from PC LPT.

Can you help me finding out if it is possible such kind of programming?

You can programm these PICs with a lot of programmers in low voltage mode.

I have got good experiences with:

ICD with MPLAB
TOPIC2 (**broken link removed**) with FPP (**broken link removed**)
