I have a program that provide the code for the any delay (how much time waste)

you have to enter the clock you use
the delay in ms
press calculate cycle s
then press generate code

this software also contain code in case you are activating wdt
the clearing is in time

have you ever tried to port asm delay routines into "C"

Nowadays, i try to implement generic C delay routines but of course mostly coded in ASM.
