16f84a programming

what do u recommend if i use BASIC programming language to program pic 16f84A ?
Please tell all the different problems that i might face.Or can i embed Basic code in assembly in maplab ide?
 

16f84a + programming

Use an 18F1320 and Swordfish BASIC SE instead, a really nice compiler with a well written modular & structured BASIC
