I am doing my research lab and my topic is simulate graphene photodetector by using Silvaco Tcad. I am a beginner in Silvaco and somebody could help me up to code the device. I am stuck over the meshing of the device. I am not sure how much spacing should give in the meshing, and I am using the electrode as finger like structure, how to split the dimension is also a problem. can anyone help me out to solve. The helps are always appreciated.
