I am trying to get this Home Theather System working. Upon checking , I realised that both the switching transistor (SMK1350) have blown. I have replaced them. Apart from this, there are 2 smd diodes connected between the Gate and Source of these transistors which are also blown. One is marked T4 on top of it and shown on the schematic as a 1N4148S . The other is a zener diode and has a marking .H5 on top of it. On the schematic , it is shown as 15VS. I need some info on this diode. What is the part number and does 15VS means that the zener voltage is 15V. The power supply is on page 25. Can someone please assist.
