Phase Shifter in 5 GHz
Hi, everyone. I have a question about the Phase Shifter in 5 GHz for WiFi applications.
It seems most of the digital phase shifters in this frequency range have large insertion loss (>3 dB) and low power handling.
I am wondering whether there are some high-end phase shifters with low insertion loss, and high power handling (2W or more) for phased-array application. So that the transmitting PA can be placed before the beamforming network, and feed the power to phase-shifter and then radiating element.
If using ferrite phase shifter, is it required to use waveguide feeding network? How large are those phase-shifter?
