Hi,

I need someone's suggestion over the phase shifting.
RF circuit design is kind of new for me. I am currently doing a fully differencial LNA, S11=-11.4dB, S22=-5.6dB, Gain =19.8dB, NF=2.23dB, but my input signals and output signals have 23% apart from each other in a period.
Is the design good enough especially the phase shifting? How can I improve the S-parameter?
Thanks in advance~~~

Phase imbalance (deviation from 180° phase difference) = ∠S21 − ∠S31 − 180°

About your LNA, performance looks like about average LNA. May need some improvements on NF, and on S22 (if the following stage requires).
