Hello everyon my project is to control the firing angle of bridge recrifier using 4 SCR .by using PIC Microcontroller .i am ising ZCD and ADC logic and am getting the varying pulse at the output of PIC but how to fire 4 SCR using that plz help me.
Sir i have try all this .optocoupler ic moc302 pulse transformer but not getting output.at the output of microcontroller i am getting varing pulse having 5v amplitude .i m converting that amplitude in 2 different firing pulse for 2 different pair of scr.and am giving these 2 pulse to different 4 optocoupler so that it can provide 4 gate pulse to 4 scr but not working
What do you mean not working ?
The SCR's do not turn on at all ?
Or your software has some serious problems that prevent proper operation ?
Realise that a fully controlled bridge may not always have sufficient holding current to always latch. You may need continuous firing, or even dc triggering to make it work, particularly with a highly inductive load.
Saying it does not work really tells us nothing at all about your problem.
View attachment file.rar sir please see the attachment i added the proteus simulation and hex file also.sir at the output i am getting varying pulses but at isolatoin stage i am getting nothing plz see what is the actual problem plz solve sir.i am not geeting gate pulses for the scr.i have also tried pulse transformer but no effect.

View attachment new file.rar sir i have attached the references also sir plz refer it and help me how to get prover output.i am not using RL load i just want varying output for R LOAD.plz do some modification.and help me.
Sir i trided everything on proteus..can you plz tell me the idea about circuit.sir i tried so many times i search on google but found nothing if possible plz suggest me .plz send me the circuit .
Your circuit is not running. Therefore I assume there´s a problem with YOUR circuit.
We (those who don´t use proteus) don´t know what circuit you used. As long as you don´t show us your circuit... we won´t have the chance to help you.
Have to agree with Klaus, we need a circuit diagram we can see before we can discuss anything.
And we also need to know what kind of load you are using to test this.
SCRs don't work at all without some kind of load, and what happens depends on the nature of the load as much as the SCRs.
