PFC with pulsing load

The attached is IAC(in), V(out) and i(out) of a 400W peak PFCd SMPS with vac in of 100VAC.
(BCM boost PFC then Series resonant converter on open loop)
The Load is pulsing repeatedly 10ms ON, 10ms OFF (400W when ON)
The IACin shows a 10Hz oscillation. Since load pulse is 50Hz, and Mains is 60Hz…..the 10Hz is the difference frequency, is this what we are seeing?
