perfection in concepts of EMC

hi all, can you please suggest me the ways to improve knowledge over concepts of EMC. I mean, some good book or good websights and also the concepts which are important in evry ascpect of EMC. Is there any site for gaining knowledge over PCB design ?? my question may sound very immature and basic but i am seriously very confused where to start with. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

In reality, you should expect it's not an easy subject to master and typically requires many years of "on the bench" time to become proficient.
