i wanna to start pc interfacing through pci slot
what should i do?
plz some detail stepwise

What's the purpose of your card, I mean what's planed behind the pci interface by your application?
Depending on that facts you might prefer to use some FPGA solution or some standard ASIC interfacing to pci on the one side and to your application on the other one....
