Hiii guys,

How can I check my PCB trace antenna is sending or receiving data??In my project CC2541 RF pins connected to Balun IC's(2450BM15A0002)balanced pins and Balun's unbalanced pin connected to PCB trace antenna.
1. Can I check the voltage at RF pins of CC2541?
2. if yes what will be the voltage?
3 or is there any other idea to check whether my circuit sending or receiving something?

First , your antenna cannot send or receive data but a RF signal modulated by that data.
Antenna function is not tested by "measuring voltage" as no RF voltmeters exist for such purpose.
Testing antennas is done by using other "reference" antennas, and calibrated transmitters and receivers. Best to do such test is to separate your PCB antenna from the other components and have it tested in a specialized laboratory which can test antennas.
If you can, use a data transmitter with an antenna over a distance like 3..5 meters or more, and test your receiver with the antenna if it receives the signal. Th problem can be elsewhere if your PCB antenna was properly designed.
You can also try to disconnect your PCB antenna and replace it with a quarter-wave monopole(depends on the RF frequency, to test the receiver (or transmitter).
