pcb simulation software and schematic simulation

Hi all,
I am fairly new to simulation area of electronics parts. I have used multisim and orcad a bit. I am tasked to design circuits for high temperature application (+175 C). I am not sure if i can simulate the circuit for that temperature range and even if the schematic works out, is there any tools available to do simulation over PCB. what i mean about the simulation, I mean the Mixed-signal and analog and dc simulation.
 

If you are designing for 175C then you need to find parts which work at that temperature. Then, assuming you have Spice models for those parts it will simulate fine. Using Spice models for parts not specified for 175C use are unlikely to give accurate results.

How about PCB? is there anyway to simulate on that. I haven't done or seen any simulation over the PCB, is there any free tools (open source) that I can try and see if the parts are connected right on PCB and I would get the expected signals ..... ?

I don't have signal integrity analysis tools but they are part of the more expensive PCB layout tools. I guess that signal integrity could be affected by high temperatures if digital drive strength drops with temperature, for example. Such effects are probably secondary to find parts that operate at 175C. You will find a few parts from the major manufacturers and other parts from specialist companies such as https://www.cissoid.com/

I have designed ICs for 225C on an SOI process but not been involved at the PCB level with their use.
