hi

How I came to know about copper thickness and board thickness in PCB?

You need to ask your PCB supplier. A typical PCB would be 1.6mm thick with 35um copper.

Keith.

regularly the PCB Manufacture spacify the copper thickness in oz/in²

A typical PCB copper thickness is 1oz/in2

Copper thicknes can vary fro 12um up to 150um (and above), board thickness can also vary, there is no standard (well 1.5/1.6 35um is probably the most used). You define the copper wieght dependand on feature size and current requirements. And board thickness to suit your design 1.5/1.6 being the most common.

Thank you all.....
