Can somebody suggest a way to stop the crap PC analgue joystick cursor `wobbling` effect ??
This is the 2nd joystick, totally different make and manufactuer, so I assume its in all joysticks, I believe its down to the joy port reading the stick too accurately, so needs smoothing out
Its annoying when you're using MS FlightSim 2002, and find the plane `wanders` off, I know a lot of programs let you create a `dead` zone to try and remove the over-sensitive stick, or even worse a driving game using the stick and the slightest twitch has you zooming off the track, or again `wandering` due to being over-sensitive
I'm guessing that putting a capacitor of some value across the pots will reduce this, but will it, or is there a better way, as I lost one joystick trying this method
Anybody got any suggestions, some way of reducing the over-senstive port, or damping down the `wobble` effect
Thanks
