Hello,

I'm implementing a design in cadence. While doing pattern density checks I'm getting errors. I'm attaching errors to the post.

I included M2 fill and 5mm transistor to avoid M2, PC and RX errors but it is still showing the problems.

Please let me know how to approach the problem.

Thanks in advance,

That's a pretty worthless error report. Doesn't even say
whether you failed for too low or too high, let alone a
density value (so you could tell whether you're improving
by whatever you do).

Maybe this is a summary and there's a better log file
somewhere.

Hello,

Here is the log file attached. Please give some valuable suggestions.

This file also gives nothing as far as actual densities.
Maybe you want to copy and edit the rules deck to
add some more informative output (like the actual
rule and density value computed); if these checks
are looking for "holes" as well as gross density, even
drop a flag polygon on the "hole" extents so you know
where).

Looking at single layers (LSW control?) might let you
eyeball things against the defined density limits.
With the clutter gone you might see where fills are
wanted.

In the end you may just have to negotiate, if you
tried and could only get close. But that negotiation
would want the actual density achieved since it's a
value judgement.
