I need a Patch antenna with coaxial feed with Hfss software.

I guess HFSS help directory in your computer contains it!
Search for the file HFSS Probe Feed Patch Antenna.pdf or pfpaGSG.pdf in installation directory.
See below picture for the structure analysed in the mentioned GSG (Getting Started Guide document).
