I try to build a primitive Modell of a resistor e.g. https://uk.farnell.com/vishay-draloric/crcw06030000z0ea/resistor-0603-0r0/dp/1469739

shouldn't the parasitics be more or less the same? (because of the same package, size etc.)

The same for which parts?

If you are referring to actual resistors instead of 0-ohm jumper, series inductance may possible vary according to laser trimming patterns.

I dont see how an impedance curve with µH inductance range should be related to a 0603 0 ohm resistor.
