Hi,

i use the parameter Number_of_Threads in Math section to use more than one CPU on a quadcore shared memory machine but I dont know why Sentaurus just use one CPU during the simulation. Is something more needed than just defineing Number_of_Threads parameter in Math section for parallelization?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
