Hi, I am new to ANSYS HFSS. I am trying to simulate a parallel plate capacitor in HFSS to model the capacitor made by power plane - ground plane in PCBs. So the graph of impedance vs frequency must have those spikes towards the higher frequency end. I have made 2 pec plates with 50mmx50mmx1mm dimensions, and in between a FR4 epoxy dielectric layer of 0.5mm thickness. How should I draw a rectangle so that I can assign Lumped port to it? I understand that the solution type needs to be DrivenModal and there must be a Lumped Port assigned between the two to get impedance plot. Also how do I draw the line of integration ?

Thank you.
