PAL to ETHERNET and ETHERNET to PAL

Hello,

somebody knows how I can convert the video PAL to transmit over a network IP and later convert the signal IP into the signal PAL?

Hi

in a PC based system you may use a DAC card (or a video capture card) and then write your own program to retreive the frame data from the card (in Windows you can use DirectShow ) and hand it over to a network card and do the reverse process in the receiver side.
