Hi folks,

how can I measure the VOH and VOL (voltage swing) of a typical opamp using servo loop configuration.

I guess the highest or lowest levels occur at unpredictable times?
A high can be stored on an ordinary sample-and-hold circuit. Reference it to the negative supply. An NPN transistor is usable for this.

A low can be referenced to the positive supply, and stored on a sample-n-hold using a PNP transistor.

Together the outputs indicate overall voltage swing.
