I have a question. I hope you guys can help me.
I have an adjustable ac-dc converter.
Rated Output is 27VDC, 5.6A. On specs it says that "Adjustable output voltage (-5% to +10%)"
I want to use this unit to get a 24vdc power supply. Is that possible? I am done to fine tune it to 24vdc output. But I don't have idea if this will have any effect on the unit or its performance. Any feedback guys? Thank you very much in advance..
5% X 27V = 1.35 V, so minimum output = 27 - 1.35 V = 25.65 V . As the guaranteed output goes to this voltage, the adjustment might go lower. It not likely have any other change on the power supply's performance.
