Oscilloscopes choices 100MHz or 50MHz and logic analizers

Hello...
I am making a budget for a project and I need some advice's about some oscilloscopes.

The project is going to use a pic32 micro processor with a 80 MHz clock.
If I put a pit on and off with a single line of code inside of a while I might get a 40MHz square wave.

The question is if I have a 50MHz osciloscope can I mesure the 40MHz square wave? Or I might need a 100MHZ oscilloscope.

I am think on buying a Rigol Oscilloscope
DS1052E https://www.batronix.com/shop/oscilloscopes/Rigol-DS1052E.html
or
DS1102E https://www.batronix.com/shop/oscilloscopes/Rigol-DS1102E.html

Does any one know this ones? Does any one recommend another one?

I also need a logic analizer is it beeter to have it on the osciloscope or a separated device like a USB one?
