Oscillator circuit with schmit triger

Hi all

i need an oscillator circuit but contains Coil with schmit trigger 74hc14d

What exactly do you mean by Coil on schmit trigger based oscillator ?

Just connect a coil between output and input, and a resistor between input and ground.

Why do you want to use a coil? You could use a capacitor instead, like this:
Connect a resistor between output and input, and a capacitor between input and ground.

In either case a 1k resistor should be ok.

As godfreyl said, it makes no sense employ an inductor for this purpose.
It is much more usual take an approach like that:

thank u but i need coil because i will change the inductance by ferrite core

What are the Central frequency and Frequency range required for oscillator you need ?

i need frequency start from 197 KHZ to 300 KHZ
