Oscillator circuit with schmit triger

Just connect a coil between output and input, and a resistor between input and ground.

Why do you want to use a coil? You could use a capacitor instead, like this:
Connect a resistor between output and input, and a capacitor between input and ground.

In either case a 1k resistor should be ok.
 

As godfreyl said, it makes no sense employ an inductor for this purpose.
It is much more usual take an approach like that:
