[SOLVED] OSCCAL register definition problem

I have a question what is OSCCAL register?:idea:

I found out that OSSCAL is the calibration reg that have 43% miss that with make it 0X00 and 0Xff (min and max value) you can make this miss low down to 10%.
just you can help your own.
