Orthogonality in coding

I did not understand the orthogonality of walsh codes. Also having all the half and half 1 0 after the XOR.

with this matrix is hadamard Can someone explain to me:
H1(0)

H2n=(Hn Hn
Hn Hn)

So H2=(0 0
0 1)
H4=(0 0 0 0
0 1 0 1
0 0 1 1
0 1 1 0)
If I want to transmit 110101 how can I proced ?
